1 c. lowfat sour cream 1/4 c. flaked coconut 2 T minced walnuts

2 T apricot preserves Slices of fresh fruit, such as bananas, apples, pears, etc.

1. In bowl blend ingredients. Add in small amount of lowfat milk to make desired consistency if needed. Dip fruit in as dessert or possibly appetizer.
