Ингредиенты

  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. strawberry or possibly mixed fruit gelatin
  • 1/3 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp. brandy
  • 1 tbsp. orange liqueur or possibly frzn orange concentrate
  • 1 (8 ounce.) whipped cream
  • 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 c. sliced peaches
  • 1/2 c. blueberries
  • 1 baked 9 inch pie shell

Инструкции

  1. Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water. Add in ice cubes and stir till gelatin is thickened. Throw away remaining ice. Fold brandy and liqueur into whipped topping. Blend whipped mix into gelatin, stirring till smooth. Mix in 3 fruits. Spoon into pie shell. May be garnished with extra topping and fresh fruit.
  2. PIE CRUST HINT: When making pie crust, instead of all which "cutting in of shortening, " use your potato masher. Add in 1/2 shortening, mash to fine crumbs, then add in rest, mash till larger crumbs. Add in water, mash again. I find it almost guarantees a flaky crust.
