4 chicken breasts Melted butter, (for basting) 1/4 stick butter 3 tbsp. flour 3 tbsp. sugar

1/4 teaspoon mustard 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ginger 1 1/2 c. orange juice

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Baste with butter and bake for 30 min. Heat the 1/4 stick of butter and stir in flour, sugar, mustard, cinnamon and ginger. Slowly add in orange juice and make a thick sauce. Pour over chicken and bake for 30 more min or possibly till golden.
