- 4 ounce Dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
- Â Â Juice from, (1) lemon
- 3 Tbsp. Gruyere & emmenthaler Swiss cheeses
- Â Â Touch of nutmeg
- Â Â Generous grating of black pepper
- 1/4 ounce Kirschwasser

- Pour wine in fondue pot (or possibly double boiler) and heat till it steams. Next, add in garlic, lemon juice, cheeses, nutmeg, fresh pepper and kirschwasser.
- Stir with fork till wellblended. If needed, add in more cheese to bring it to the proper consistency. Now you're ready to fondue!
