12 ounce. turkey breast, sliced or possibly browned grnd turkey 2 c. salsa 6 (6 inch) flour tortillas 3 (1 ounce.) sliced cheddar cheese

2 tbsp. lowfat sour cream 1 green onion, sliced 1 tbsp. chipped red or possibly green peppers

Инструкции

1. Combine turkey with salsa. Arrange on tortillas. Roll up and place in baking dish seam side down. Cook, covered on high for 3 to 4 min. Put cheese slices on top. Cook additional 2 to 3 min till cheese melts. Top with lowfat sour cream, onion and peppers. Serves 6.
