Ингредиенты
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 2 shallots
- 1/3 c olive oil plus extra
- 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp bleu cheese crumbles
- salt and pepper to taste

- Halve tomatoes and remove seeds
- Halve shallots
- Spray tomatoes and shallots with olive oil and roast at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown spots begin to appear then allow to cool
- Place all ingredients in measuring cup and blend with immersion blender until smooth
