Ингредиенты

  • 1 (9") pastry shell
  • 4 med. ripe tomatoes, sliced & slices cut in half
  • 1/4 c. minced chives or possibly scallion stalks
  • 3/4 teaspoon minced basil or possibly 1/4 teaspoon dry basil, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 c. grated Swiss gruyere cheese
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pie crust for 5 min. Remove from oven, reduce heat to 400 degrees.
  2. Place tomato pcs on bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle tomatoes with chives or possibly scallions, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Combine cheese and mayonnaise and carefully spread mix over tomatoes, reach edge of pie crust, seal in tomatoes. Bake 35 min till warm and bubbly. Cut in wedges.
