- 1 lg. onion
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

- Cook tomatoes and cut-up onion together. Strain juice into separate pan. Add in seasonings to juice. Boil briskly for 15 min. Can while warm in sterile jars.
