- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Blend the tofu in a blender till smooth and creamy. Pour into a mixing bowl and beat in the next ingredients. Mix together the next ingredients in another bowl.
- Beat everything together, then add in the minced nuts, if using.
- Pour into an oiled loaf pan. Bake for about an hour. Let cold in pan for a while before removing, then chill. It holds together better once it's cool.
- 12 slices per loaf
- NOTES : This is for my friends who like Healthy Alternative foods..
- I added Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, all freshly grnd spices.. almond Extract and Vanilla Too..and in fact Raisins, and Coconut..
- A Nutritionist Friend of My Sister's said which I could have left out an egg and 1/2 the oil and added Apple Sauce in which proportion of the deleted items to make it even lower in
