Рецепт Three Cheese Baked Macaroni & Cheese
This recipe by far is my family's favorite mac 'n cheese. They make a meal out of it with a side salad. True Comfort Food.
Ингредиенты
- 8 ounces large Elbow Macaroni
- salt
- one cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- one cup grated Gruyere
- one cup Shredded Monterey Jack
- one cup Milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 stick butter (melted)
Инструкции
- Boil macaroni with salt until thoroughly cooked, drain, add into a baking dish. Melt all cheeses add milk, cream and slowly add to cooked macaroni, stir to combine, smooth out top of casserole baking dish, drizzle melted butter on top. Place under the broiler (second rack position) until lightly golden.
- Remove and serve.
- So yummy, creamy and delicious.
