  • 1 lb grnd turkey
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 3/4 x minced green pepper
  • 2 x cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 can red kidney beans (16 ounce) liquid removed
  • 1 can great northern or possibly pinto beans (16 ounce) liquid removed
  • 1 can black beans (16 ounce) liquid removed
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 can tomatoes (14 1/2 ounce each) minced,undrained
  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce)
  • 2 c. sliced carrots
  • 2 tsp dry oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dry thyme
  • 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Инструкции

  1. In skillet, brown turkey, onions, green pepper, and garlic. Drain fat. Transfer to Crock-Pot. Add in remaining ingredients. Stir.
  2. Cover and cook on Low 8 - 10 hrs or possibly on High 4 - 5 hrs. Before serving, mash beans slightly for a thicker soup if you like.
  3. Serves 10 - 12.
