• 2 tsp Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
• 3 dsh Warm sauce
• 2 x Bay leaves
• 1/2 c. Water
• 1/2 c. Burgundy or possibly dry wine
•     Warm cooked pasta
•     Shredded sharp cheddar and
•     Grated paramesan cheeses
