- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. vitamin D whole lowfat milk (too runny if you use other)

- Cook flour and lowfat milk in double boiler till thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Cream sugar, butter and vanilla till as fluffy as possible. Blend cooked mix with creamed.This icing must stay refrigerated, will fall apart at room temperature.
