- 6 med -sized potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. Minced onion
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2Â 1/2 c. Lowfat milk, scalded

- Put a third of the potato slices into a greased 2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with about a third of onion and a third of blended flour, salt and pepper.
- Dot with 1 Tbsp. of butter. Repeat layering twice, ending with butter.
- Pour the warm lowfat milk over potatoes. Cover casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Remove cover; bake 60 to 70 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. Remove from oven. Let stand about 5 min before serving.
