- Heat vegetable oil in frying pan. Add in minced garlic and fry for 2 min. Put in grnd pork, shrimp, crab meat, bean sprouts, Large eggs, green onion, celery, black mushrooms, jelly noodles. Fry for 5 min. Add in soy sauce, fish sauce (salt) and pepper. Leave till cooled down and wrap with spring roll skins (Kroger, oriental grocery). Roll up and seal with egg yolk. Fry in deep warm for 5 - 10 min and drain on paper towel and serve warm with decorating vegetable or possibly cucumber and small pcs of pineapple, if desired.
