Ingredients: 2 lb package frzn hash brown potatoes cubed; 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine softened; 1 tsp salt; 2 c. cheddar cheese grated; 1/2 c. diced onions or possibly 3 Tbsp. chopped onion; 1 can cream of chicken soup; 1 c. lowfat sour cream; 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes

Ингредиенты

2 lb package frzn hash brown potatoes cubed
1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine softened
1 tsp salt
2 c. cheddar cheese grated
1/2 c. diced onions or possibly 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1Â 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix all together. Put in greased 9x13 baking dish and bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
NOTES : This is one of my family's favorite recipes for the holidays.
