1 1/2 lb grnd round or possibly chuck

1/2 c. finely minced water chestnuts

4 x green onions, minced, including part of green tops (about 1/4 c.)

1/4 c. dry sherry or possibly orange juice

1 tsp molasses or possibly packed brown sugar
