- Beat egg, lowfat milk, and soup mix and set aside. Blend flour and pepper.
- Lightly salt filets and roll in flour. Dip in egg mix and roll in bread crumbs till completely covered. Add in a small amount of oil in non-stick skillet, heat on medium. When oil is warm, cook through only once. Filets will be golden brown to dark brown on both sides.
