Ингредиенты

  • 2 med Plantains -- over-ripe -
  •     Black
  • 1 sm Onion -- finely minced
  • 2 ounce Self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp Palm oil
  •     Salt -- to taste
  •     Cayenne -- to taste
  •     Vegetable oil -- for frying

Инструкции

  1. Peel and mash the plantains well. Put into a bowl and add in sufficient of the flour to bind. Add in the onion, palm oil, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and leave to stand for 20 min. Fry in spoonfuls in a little warm oil till golden. Drain on kitchen paper and serve warm.
