3 Jiffy cornbread mixes 2 (15 ounce.) cans creamed corn 2 lbs. grnd beef 1 c. onion, minced

2 Packages taco seasoning 1 sm. can minced green chili 1 green pepper, minced 4 ounce. grated cheese

Инструкции

1. Mix cornbread according to package directions and add in 2 cans of corn. Pour half of this into a 9 x 13 inch pan which has been well greased. Cook grnd beef and drain fat. Add in onion, taco seasoning, green chili and green pepper. Layer on top of cornbread layer. Add in layer of grated cheese and then spread the rest of the cornbread mix on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min or possibly till brown.
