  • 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

  1. Brown 1 lb of hamburger with taco seasoning, 1 large can refried beans; spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread cooked hamburger over beans. Spread 1 can diced green chilies over meat. Spread 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese over chilies and meat. Then make Taco Sauce recipe.
  2. Blend well.Spread sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. While warm spread 1 pint lowfat sour cream and minced olives and minced green onions. Serve with taco shells or possibly corn chips.
