Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound fresh swordfish, cut in 1" slices
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 3 tbsp. sherry wine
  • Lemon slices

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry swordfish and parsley for 3 min on each side in a mix of the butter and Worcestershire sauce. Add in the wine, salt and pepper and cook for an additional three min. Serve with lemon.
