  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 1/2 c. Multi bran chex cereal
  • 1/3 c. Banana chips
  • 1/3 c. Flaked coconut, optional
  • 1/3 c. Honey roasted peanuts
  • 1 c. Seedless or possibly golden brown raisins

  1. Combine butter and honey in large microwave-safe bowl. microwave on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. or possibly till melted. mix well. gradually add in cereal, banana chips, coconut, and peanuts stiring till all pcs are proportionately coated.
  2. microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes. stiring every minutes. stir in raisins. spread on waxed paper to cold. store in airtight container. recipe from "Ralston kitchens"
