- 1 quart (4 cups) water
- 4 tea bags (black tea or any other variety)
- 1 cup honey (or to taste)
- 1 cup ice
- Lemon slices or lemon juice (optional)
Инструкции
- Bring water to a boil in a large pot, add tea bags, and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Cool the tea to room temperature after removing the tea bags.
- Add honey and mix until dissolved.
- Refrigerate the tea for at least 2 hours.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the honey ice tea over the ice. Stir well.
- To taste, add a lemon slice or a squeeze of lemon juice.
