Ingredients: 3 c. Mashed potatoes; 2 c. Rich lowfat milk or possibly light cream; 3 Tbsp. Unsalted butter; 4 x Separated Large eggs; 3/4 c. Brown sugar; 1/2 c. Light corn syrup; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Ginger; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1 tsp Allspice; 1 c. Liquid removed crushed pineapple; 1 x Unbaked pie shell

Ингредиенты

3 c. Mashed potatoes
2 c. Rich lowfat milk or possibly light cream
3 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
4 x Separated Large eggs
3/4 c. Brown sugar
1/2 c. Light corn syrup
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Allspice
1 c. Liquid removed crushed pineapple
1 x Unbaked pie shell

Инструкции

Heat oven to 350. Mix potatoes with lowfat milk. Add in butter, yolks, sugar, salt & spices & beat till light & fluffy. Blend in pineapple. Beat whites till stiff & fold into potato mix. Pour mix into shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon & bake 45 min. Serve hot.
