- 7 c. Cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 c. Melted butter
- 1 c. Light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Minced pecans
Инструкции
- Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, 3/4 c. butter, Large eggs, lowfat milk and vanilla.
- Blend in mixer till creamy. Combine brown sugar annd flour; add in melted butter; add in pecans. Place sweet potato mix in large casserole. Cover with brown sugar mix. Bake at 350 till heated thoroughly.
