- Mix all ingredients together and form into miniature balls. Saute meatballs in butter till brown. Remove balls from pan. Drain off grease. To pan which the balls had been sauteed in and add in: 1 c. hot water 1 teaspoon beef bouillon 1 c. lowfat milk, canned may be usedCook and stir till thicken. Add in meatballs and cover. Simmer for 15 min. Nutmeg may be sprinkled on the top. Serve in chafing dish, kept warm.
