- Put together all ingredients, mix well. Shape into walnut size balls. Brown in 1/4 cup oil. Remove meat from fat and add in: 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepperStir in fat, mix well and add in: 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- Return meat to gravy for 15 to 20 min. Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
