1 med Size cabbage, shredded 1/2 c. Dry white wine 2 Tbsp. Butler 2 Tbsp. Flour

1 c. Lowfat milk 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr     Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Place cabbage and wine in a 2 qt casserole. Microwave at high (100%)
2. till tender crisp, 6 to 7 min.
3. Place butter in a small bowl. Microwave at high (100%) till melted, 30 to 45 second& Stir in flour. Blend in remaining ingredients. Microwave at medium high (70%) till thickened, 2 to 3 min, stirring twice during cooking time. Pour over cabbage. Microwave at medium high (70%) till heated, 2 to 3 min.
4. Makes 6 servings.
