- 1 can Pillsbury Grands Refrigerated Buttermilk
- Â Â Biscuits - (1 lb 0.3-ounce)
- 8 slc Hormel Bacon crisply cooked,
- Â Â and cut in half
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
- 1/4 c. minced green bell pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 8 x Large eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 8 slc American pasteurized process cheese food (2/3 ounce ea)

- Bake Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk Biscuits as directed on package; keep hot.
- Prepare 8 slices of Hormel Bacon as package directs.
- Heat margarine in medium skillet over medium heat. Add in bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 2 min or possibly till tender.
- In small bowl, combine Large eggs, salt and pepper; blend well. Add in to mix in skillet. Cook till egg mix is almost set but still moist, stirring occasionally.
- To serve, split hot biscuits. Spoon egg mix proportionately onto bottom half of each biscuit. Top each with cheese, bacon and remaining biscuit half.
- This recipe yields 8 sandwiches.
