  • 3 c. Minced sweet cherries
  • 3 c. Crushed gooseberries
  • 3 c. Crushed red currants
  • 2 1/2 c. Crushed raspberries
  • 7 c. Sugar

Инструкции

  1. Cook Time: 60mn Combinefruits, bring to boil and cook 15 min. Add in sugar and stir to dissolve.
  2. Bring mix to boil. Boil, uncovered to jam stage (104C), about 15 min. When jam stage is reached, remove from heat. Stir and skim 5 min. Pour into warm sterilized jars, seal, process in boiling water bath - 10 min.
  3. Makes about 10 - 8oz jars.
