- 2 c. sugar
- 4 c. peanuts -- raw, shelled
- 1 c. water

- Heat oven to 250`. Grease 9 x 12" or possibly larger cookie sheet. In large saucepan, add in sugar, water and peanuts. Over medium heat bring to boil, stir constantly till all liquid is absorbed. Spread proportionately in a single layer on cookie sheet. Bake for about 1 hour or possibly till they look dry out. Separate, store in air-tight container or possibly freezer bags.
