Ингредиенты

2/3 c. shortening
1Â 1/2 tsp salt
1Â 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp baking pwdr
2 x Large eggs
1 x grated orange rind
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. orange juice

Инструкции

Cream shortening, sugar and Large eggs till light and fluffy. Sift flour, salt, and baking pwdr together. Add in to shortening mix. Add in orange rind and juice.
Mix till smooth. Chill. Roll out 1/4" thick on floured board. Cut into desired shapes. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min.
