Ингредиенты
- 125 gm fresh cream,whipped
- 250 gm cream cheese
- ½ cup icing sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tsp coffee powder
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 packet plain biscuits
- 1 tsp cocoa powder.
Инструкции
- Beat cream cheese and sugar. Fold in the cream.
- Combine water and coffee powder and keep aside.
- In a serving dish, place the biscuits on the base and soak them with the coffee water. Top with cream cheese mixture. Add the strawberries and repeat these layers again.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder and strawberries.
