%20so%20I%20decided%20that%20adding%20a%20tablespoon%20of%20rice%20malt%20syrup%20might%20do%20the%20same%20job,%20preventing%20the%20sorbet%20from%20freezing%20rock%20hard.%20It%20worked%20pretty%20well!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20recipe%20is%20my%20own%20take%20on%20the%20sorbet%20recipe%20in%20the%20Everyday%20Cookbook%20which%20comes%20with%20the%20Thermomix.%20The%20possibilities%20for%20sorbet%20flavours%20are%20endless%20and%20I%20am%20already%20thinking%20of%20mango,%20pineapple%20and%20melon%20sorbet%20for%20summer.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPut%20the%20dextrose%20into%20the%20Thermomix%20and%20mill%20for%2010%20seconds%20on%20speed%209.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20strawberries,%20rice%20malt%20syrup%20and%20orange%20juice/zest%20into%20the%20bowl.%20Slowly%20turn%20the%20speed%20dial%20to%20speed%2010%20and%20blend%20for%20up%20to%2030%20seconds%20until%20everything%20is%20smooth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20the%20ice%20and%20blitz%20for%2030%20seconds,%20slowly%20increasing%20the%20speed%20to%2010.%20Use%20the%20spatula%20to%20assist%20in%20incorporating%20the%20ice%20until%20it%20is%20completely%20smooth.%20Scrape%20down%20the%20sides%20as%20needed.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFreeze%20for%20about%2020%20minutes%20to%20get%20that%20perfect%20sorbet%20consistency.%20If%20freezing%20for%20longer%20you%20will%20need%20to%20let%20the%20sorbet%20rest%20on%20the%20bench%20for%20at%20least%2010%20minutes%20so%20it%20is%20scoopable.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
