1/2 c. Strawberries (or possibly more) 2 tsp Honey 1 c. Cool Lowfat milk

1 c. Plain Yogurt 2 x Whole Strawberries

1. Puree 1/2 c. strawberries and honey in blender or possibly food processor. Add in lowfat milk and yogurt; blend till smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish each with a whole strawberry.
