%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20is%20best%20left%20marinating%20for%20a%20little%20while%20as%20well.%20%20Though%20it's%20not%20a%20necessity%20to%20make%20it%20taste%20nice.%20%20Also,%20you%20don't%20have%20to%20eat%20it%20cold,%20it%20can%20be%20enjoyed%20straight%20after%20cooking%20as%20well.%20%20For%20the%20vegetarians%20(though%20I%20doubt%20you%20guys%20have%20read%20this%20far)%20%20This%20works%20very%20well%20with%20tofu/quorn%20fillets.%20%20I've%20tried,%20and%20whilst%20it%20sometimes%20takes%20in%20a%20little%20too%20much%20lemon%20and%20not%20enough%20of%20the%20sticky,%20it's%20still%20pretty%20good!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2%20large%20chicken%20breasts,%20sliced%20into%20thin%20fillets.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2%20unwaxed%20lemons%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3%20tablespoons%20honey.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGrate%20the%20zest%20of%20one%20lemon,%20and%20squeeze%20the%20juice%20of%20both%20lemons%20into%20a%20bowl.%20%20Add%20in%20the%20vinegar,%20apple%20juice%20&%20honey%20and%20continue%20to%20stir.%20%20Next,%20whisk%20in%20all%20the%20herbs/seasonings%20&%20the%20olive%20oil%20into%20the%20mixture%20until%20everything%20is%20evenly%20mixed.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETake%20the%20chicken%20breasts%20and%20score%20them%20gently%20with%20a%20sharp%20knife.%20%20Stab%20each%20breast%20a%20few%20times%20with%20a%20fork%20for%20good%20measure.%20%20Pop%20them%20into%20the%20bowl%20with%20the%20marinade,%20cover%20and%20pop%20in%20the%20fridge%20for%20about%202-3%20hours.%20%20Or%20overnight%20if%20you%20fancy%20a%20strong%20one.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EUsing%20a%20frying%20pan,%20or%20a%20cast%20iron%20grill%20plate,%20cook%20the%20fillets%20for%20roughly%2015-20%20minutes%20until%20it%20starts%20to%20blacken%20like%20so%20&%20the%20meat%20is%20cooked%20through:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20serve!%20%20Or%20store%20in%20an%20airtight%20container%20ready%20for%20your%20paint%20splattered%20hands%20to%20get%20a%20hold%20on!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20a%20wee%20house%20update.%20%20I%20may%20not%20have%20much%20time%20for%20cooking,%20but%20I%20do%20have%20one%20lovely%20freshly%20painted%20Kitchen.%20%20This%20fab%20red,%20which%20dries%20a%20lot%20darker%20is%20now%20all%20over%20my%20walls%20(and%20on%20pretty%20much%20everything%20else)%20%20so%20we're%20one%20step%20closer%20to%20moving%20in%20actual%20appliances.%20%20We%20bought%20our%20cooker%20yesterday%20and%20I'm%20already%20in%20love%20with%20it%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20also%20took%20our%20dog%20Genna%20to%20have%20a%20look%20round%20the%20place,%20so%20she%20could%20have%20a%20sniff%20and%20get%20used%20to%20it.%20%20I%20was%20a%20little%20nervous%20because%20she's%20only%20ever%20lived%20at%20home%20with%20me.%20%20(I've%20had%20her%20since%20I%20was%2013)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20shouldn't%20of%20worried.%20%20She%20loved%20it.%20%20In%20fact,%20she%20spent%20a%20good%2015%20minutes%20constantly%20jumping%20up%20onto%20the%20window%20sill%20to%20guard%20the%20place%20and%20wipe%20her%20nose%20all%20over%20the%20glass.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20she%20ran%20in%20between%20all%20the%20rooms,%20sniffing%20and%20rolling%20on%20all%20the%20new%20carpets.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20she'd%20run%20back%20into%20the%20living%20room%20to%20look%20out%20the%20window%20again.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20is%20our%20beautiful%20original%20tiled%20floor%20too%20=]%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20a%20little%20hit%20of%20the%20new%20The%20Darkness%20album,%20it's%20been%20our%20soundtrack%20to%20the%20move.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFinally,%20here's%20the%20update%20on%20the%20kitchen,%20excuse%20the%20mess,%20we're%20just%20touching%20up:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI'll%20be%20back%20up%20and%20running%20as%20soon%20as%20I%20have%20a%20working%20kitchen.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
