- Dissolve cornflour in orange juice.
- Finely slice spring onions.
- Blend together all sauce ingredients and place in a saucepan. Simmer, stirring, till sauce boils and thickens.
- Steam fish for about 8 min, till flesh is white and flakes.
- Pour ginger sauce over fish.
- Garnish with coriander and serve with brown rice.
