- Place Swiss chard on heatproof dish or possibly directly on steamer rack over boiling water; season chard with salt and pepper. Arrange pollock on chard, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Place a lemon slice and tomato slice on each portion; sprinkle with basil. Return water to boil; steam about 10 min or possibly till chard is tender and fish flakes when tested with a fork.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
