Ингредиенты

1 1/2 lbs. cubed steak
1/3 cup flour
2 TBSP oil
2-4 small potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp. dry parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce

Инструкции

Dredge steak in flour. Brown well in hot oil.
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Place meat in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Add potatoes to the meat.
Sprinkle onion, parsley, salt and pepper over meat and potatoes. Cover with tomato sauce.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
