Ингредиенты
- 1/3 c. Shortening
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Honey
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Lemon extract
- 3Â 1/2 c. Flour sifted
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
Инструкции
- Combine honey, shortening, sugar, egg and flavoring. Blend well. sift together flour, soda and salt. Add in dry mix to first mix and stir till stiff dough is formed. Roll dough about 1/4" thick. Cut into desired shapes to create festive cookies. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 6 min or possibly till lightly browned. Remove and cold on racks.
- Frost with powdered sugar glaze when cooled and decorate as desired.
