Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. cool coffee
  • 1/2 c. whole lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 c. crushed ice or possibly ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. caramel syrup

Инструкции

  1. For the Coffee Version, combine the coffee, lowfat milk, sugar, chocolate syrup and salt in a blender and mix on medium speed for 15 seconds to dissolve sugar. Add in the vanilla extract and ice then blend on high speed till smooth and creamy. Stir with a spoon if necessary to help blend.
  2. For the Caramel Version, add in 2 Tbsp. of caramel syrup to the recipe above and prepare as described. Top each glass with whipped cream and drizzled caramel.
  3. Pour drink into two 16-oz glasses.
  4. This recipe yields 2 large drinks.
