Рецепт Squid in Coconut Cream
Ингредиенты
- 2 kls. Pusit (squid), sliced into rings
- 4 cups coconut milk
- 1 onion, slice into rings
- 5 pcs. Finger chili, sliced
- salt to taste
- vinegar
- msg (optional)
- 1 thumb-size knob of ginger, sliced
- cooking oil
Инструкции
- Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger ad squid.
- Remove the squid and set aside.
- (Note:
- saute the squid in high heat for a short period of time only.
- Otherwise, it will become rubbery.)
- Using another pan, pour in coconut milk and season with salt, pepper and msg.
- Allow to boil.
- Add in the squid and allow to simmer some more.
- Add the vinegar and allow to simmer some more until the liquid has reduced.
- Add the finger chili and onion rings.
- Serve immediately.
