Ингредиенты

  • 1 Tbsp. Sunflower oil
  • 1 x Onion
  • 225 gm Mooli or possibly radish
  • 400 gm Minced tomatoes
  • 400 gm Cannellini beans
  •     Seasoning
  • 225 gm Frzn spinach
  • 1 tsp Grnd cuumin
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh minced thyme
  • 100 gm Breadcrumbs

Инструкции

  1. Preparation: Chop the onion. Halve the mooli lengthways and slice into semi circles
  2. Preheat the oven to 200c/400f/gas 6. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion and mooli together for 5 min till softened.
  3. Add in the tomatoes, cannellini beans, spinach, cumin, and thyme.
  4. Add in seasoning to taste and simmer for 5 min.
  5. Transfer the mix to an ovenproof casserole dish, top with breadcrumbs and bake for 25 min till golden brown.
