%20warm%20-%2063%20degrees!%20So%20when%20we%20were%20finally%20able%20to%20have%20our%20summer-themed%20party,%20it%20was%20much%20easier%20to%20get%20in%20the%20spirit!%20Thanks%20to%20Laurie%20of%20Food%20is%20Love%20for%20organizing%20%22The%20Revolution%22%20and%20for%20the%20inspiration!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20bright%20yellow%20tablecloth,%20a%20rack%20of%20ribs,%20some%20baked%20beans,%20corn%20on%20the%20cob%20and%20watermelon.%20This%20is%20summer%20to%20us.%20Unfortunately,%20our%20grill%20is%20still%20somewhat%20surrounded%20by%20snow,%20so%20we%20made%20our%20ribs%20in%20the%20oven%20and%20they%20were%20still%20falling%20off%20the%20bone%20flavorful.%20Our%20secret%20is%20a%20wonderful%20seasoning%20we%20discovered%20from%20Red%20Monkey%20Foods%20called%20Stone%20Ground%20Spicy%20Mustard.%20We%20love%20its%20spicy%20kick,%20but%20any%20ground%20mustard%20would%20work%20in%20this%20simple%20recipe.%20While%20the%20ribs%20were%20cooking,%20we%20set%20up%20our%20table,%20set%20our%20I-pods%20to%20play%20some%20Jimmy%20Buffett%20and%20made%20some%20spiked%20lemonade.%20We%20could%20almost%20feel%20the%20sun%20shining%20on%20our%20backs%20and%20the%20grass%20beneath%20our%20feet.%20Almost!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20night%20before,%20rub%20the%20ribs%20all%20over%20with%20the%20ground%20mustard%20or%20mustard%20seasoning.%20Wrap%20in%20plastic%20wrap%20and%20refrigerate.%20When%20ready%20to%20prepare,%20heat%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees.%20Cover%20a%20large%20baking%20pan%20with%20enough%20foil%20to%20%22tent%22%20the%20ribs.%20Place%20the%20ribs%20on%20the%20foil,%20bone%20side%20down,%20and%20make%20a%20loose%20tent%20around%20the%20ribs%20so%20that%20the%20foil%20does%20not%20touch%20the%20top%20of%20the%20ribs.%20Fill%20the%20bottom%20of%20the%20pan%20with%20about%201/4-inch%20of%20water%20and%20place%20in%20the%20oven.%20Cook%20for%20an%20hour.%20Remove%20the%20ribs%20from%20the%20oven%20and%20unwrap%20them.%20Place%20them,%20uncovered,%20on%20a%20baking%20sheet%20and%20brush%20them%20with%20the%20honey.%20Raise%20the%20oven%20temperature%20to%20400%20degrees%20and%20cook%20another%2015%20minutes.%20If%20not%20browned%20to%20your%20liking,%20put%20the%20ribs%20under%20a%20high%20broiler%20for%20a%20few%20minutes.%20Allow%20to%20rest,%20cut%20and%20serve.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
