- Garlic toasts can usually be found in the bakery department and
- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp sliced jalapenos, minced (jarred)
- 1 package Diplicious Mardi Gras Cajun Dip Mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups pepper jack cheese, shredded
- juice from 1 lemon
- Preheat oven to 375º
- Peel, devine, rinse and pat shrimp dry
- Chop shrimp into 3 pieces. Set aside
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
