Ингредиенты

2Â 1/4 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
1 ct Spiced apple yogurt
3 x Large eggs

Инструкции

Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend at low speed. Beat 3 minutes.
at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour batter into well greased and floured 12- c., 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-65 minutes.

before removing from pan. GLAZE: Combine 1 c. confectioners' sugar, 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Beat till smooth. Drizzle glaze over cake, then sprinkle with minced pecans.
