Ингредиенты

  • 3 1/3 c. Arrowhead Mills Spelt Flour
  • 1/4 c. grnd flax seed
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 x Large eggs or possibly egg substitutes
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 2 tsp grnd cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all dry ingredients together. In separate bowl mix all liquid ingredient well. Combine both mixtures, being careful not to over-mix. Fill oiled muffin c. 3/4 cull and bake 12-15 min or possibly till done.
