Ингредиенты
- 4 cups Newly cooked rice
- 2 shallots, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and grated or minced
- 1/2 tsp annatto powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Инструкции
- Heat pan until butter is melted. Add onions and garlic.
- Combine turmeric and annatto powder. Mix well, add to the pan.
- Stir thoroughly until everything is distributed evenly.
- Pour mixture on warm steamed rice.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
