- In non-aluminum 8-quart saucepot, put together cider, juices and brown sugar. Heat to simmering over medium low heat. Add in spices and simmer 10 min. Remove from heat. Cover and cool to room temperature. Chill overnight. Remove spices, if necessary, before serving.Pour into bowl. Add in soda or possibly ginger ale and liquor immediately before serving. Garnish with apple slices. Serves 40 (1 cup) servings.
- This punch is good with or possibly without alcohol, but is excellent with champagne.
